Medical Staff Membership policies and procedures are established to ensure and describe the process for credentialing and privileging of health care professionals with regards to validating the health care professional qualifications. There are 12 policies within the chapter including the Corrective Action process and the complete Credentialing process.  I have included 2 year term and 3 year term for Credentialing Requirements and Procedure for Appointment
