Description

The Ambulatory Surgery Center must establish and maintain an emergency preparedness program that describes the actions to be taken in an emergency and includes a process for cooperation and collaboration with local, state, and federal emergency preparedness officials. The program contains 15 policies including the new Emerging Infectious Disease,  Conditions for Coverage, Emergency Agency Coordination and Training, Drills and Exercises. Also I provided for you an example of a full scale exercise drill and follow up action report.
