Description
Each employee file must contain at time of new hire and on an annual basis CLIA waived testing competency for the personnel responsible for conducting CLIA waived testing for Glucose and HCG Pregnancy. This is mandatory. The competency includes the necessary 2 forms of testing for Glucose and HCG, a short written test and an area to document control tests. Mandatory for The Joint Commission, QUAD A, AAAHC and State Licensing Inspection.
